The great first impression that Amazfit Cheetah Pro made on me stayed with me almost throughout the testing of this watch. Although it is a smartwatch that offers functions dedicated to runners, it can be successfully used by fans of other sports, as well as “ordinary” users. What’s in the box and first impressions
To keep the tradition. As with every smartwatch I’ve tested in Tabletowo, we’ll start this review by checking what’s on the box and in the sales set. If you haven’t come across any of my reviews before, I’ll explain quickly. I usually start the analysis of the devices I test by focusing on what was put in the package and what can be deduced from it.
Although it may not be obvious, manufacturers often present product attributes or functions that they want to emphasize. At the same time, these are elements that are worth paying special attention to when evaluating such equipment.
The first, outer box looks almost the same as with most Amazfits. On the front there is a graphic depicting the device, as well as the manufacturer’s logo and the name of the watch model. The words “BREAKING LIMITS” are written on the sides of the packaging.
As with other devices from the portfolio, the manufacturer distinguished several features of the watch and placed them on the back wall of the box. The first one is 6 satellite monitoring systems. This was followed by advanced running modes, AI trainer support, long battery life, and a premium sports design. We will look at all these aspects in detail in this review, and the last one, i.e. design, will be discussed in a moment.
Inside the packaging I described above, there was another, this time a white box. From the outside, it looks exactly the same as the one in which the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra I recently tested was packed . On the upper part of the white packaging, which is supposed to evoke the feeling of using premium equipment, there is only an embossed manufacturer’s logo. Inside, in addition to the watch itself, we find a manual for pairing and operating the device in several languages and a cable with which we charge the Amazfit Chetaah Pro.
What were my first impressions after taking the smartwatch out of the package? I can say really positive. In the graphics, the watch looked much thicker and heavier than it actually is. In addition, immediately after putting the nylon strap on my wrist, I thought that it was probably the most comfortable Amazfit smartwatch that I had the opportunity to test. An additional advantage is certainly its light weight and the fact that the design used by the manufacturer can really be liked.
